The takeaway
Nothing is sold here — not a filter, not a cartridge, not a test kit. ClearTapCall belongs to NXTA Flow, names no products, and points readers at the report their own water system already publishes before it points them at anybody’s telephone.

The subject, and its order
ClearTapCall is a referral service operated by NXTA Flow. We connect homeowners with independent contractors for water filtration and treatment installation.
It exists because this category is sold backwards. Products are chosen first and the question they were meant to answer is asked afterwards, if at all — and the document that would have answered it was already published, free, about the reader’s own supply.

Federal sources carry everything on this site that states anything, and each is named and linked on every page that uses it:

Everything else here is method. None of it asserts a measurement about anybody’s water, so none of it needs a citation it could not support.
The three things it will not say
That anybody’s water is safe or unsafe. That anybody needs a filter. Any brand name. A price for work. Each of those is explained on its own page rather than left as a silence.
